All items are custom-made specifically for you. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an error was made on our end during personalization.

Order Changes

Once an order is submitted, changes cannot be guaranteed. I will make every effort to accommodate adjustment requests; however, if the order is produced according to the information originally provided, no refunds or exchanges will be issued.
