Processing Times

All embroidered items are handmade to order.

  • Standard processing time: 5–10 business days

  • Large or custom orders: May require additional time; you will be notified if delays occur

  • Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once your package is accepted by the carrier, it becomes their responsibility.
If an issue occurs:

  • Contact the shipping carrier first to open a claim

  • If additional help is needed, we can assist in providing order documentation
    We are not able to refund or replace items lost due to carrier error.

 

International Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.

Return Policy: All items are custom-made specifically for you. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an error was made on our end during personalization.

Order Changes: Once an order is submitted, changes cannot be guaranteed. I will make every effort to accommodate adjustment requests; however, if the order is produced according to the information originally provided, no refunds or exchanges will be issued.
